DIGGERS INDUSTRIES LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all audio content provided by Diggers Industries, a brand of SEVAD S.A.S. (“Licensor”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product, you (“Licensee”) agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

Diggers Industries grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the included sounds in your own music and audio-visual projects.

This license gives you the right to use the sounds, not ownership of them.

2. What You Can Do

All sounds are royalty-free for standard use.

You are free to:

• Use the sounds in music (commercial and non-commercial)
• Release tracks on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.
• Use the sounds in client work, film, TV, advertising, games, apps, and multimedia
• Create content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and similar platforms
• Monetize your work without paying royalties

3. Ownership

All sounds, samples, loops, and audio content remain the exclusive property of Diggers Industries (SEVAD S.A.S.).

You are licensing the sounds — not purchasing ownership.

Some sounds in the “Extra” folder may originate from external hardware and are provided for creative use without exclusivity.

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the sounds in any form
• Include them in any sample pack, library, or competing product
• Make them available as standalone files (free or paid)
• Upload or distribute them on marketplaces or file-sharing platforms
• Claim the sounds (even if modified) as your own

5. Modifying the Sounds

You are free to edit, process, and transform the sounds in your projects.

However, even modified versions may not be isolated or redistributed on their own.

6. Loop & Phrase Usage (Clearance for Major Uses Only)

Drum loops, melodic loops, and phrases (excluding content in the “Extra” folder) are royalty-free for standard use, but may require clearance in specific high-level commercial situations.

This applies only if your track is used in:

• A major label release
• Synchronization (film, TV, advertising, trailers, games, apps)
• A track exceeding 1,000,000 streams
• Large commercial campaigns, brand deals, or licensing opportunities where the loop or phrase plays a key or recognizable role

In such cases, you agree to contact Diggers Industries to discuss a potential publishing or revenue share.

This does NOT apply to:

• One-shots or individual drum hits
• Any content included in the “Extra” folder

For the vast majority of uses, no additional permissions or royalties are required.

7. No Transfer of License

This license is granted only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, or sublicensed.

8. Artificial Intelligence Restriction

The sounds may not be used, in whole or in part, to train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

9. Refunds

All purchases are subject to the Return & Refund Policy available on the website.

10. Breach of Agreement

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Diggers Industries shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
